People under the age of 45 with substantial net assets and a true and practical commitment to participating in the administration of a new or
existing firm are eligible for this visa, which allows them to bring their families with them to work in the United States. You can also apply for a permanent Business Skills visa after being granted this one.

Provisional Senior Executive Sponsored by a State or Territory

Employees under the age of 55 with considerable net assets and a genuine and practical commitment to engage in the administration of a
new or existing firm are the target audience for this visa programme. You can also apply for a permanent Business Skills visa after being granted this one.
